How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Marvelion (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Not much odor control. The collection drawer beneath has a small rectangular odor device that's supposed to help. Not so much. The drawer fills in about a week or a 1.5. I added some odor scents to the litter itself which was not appreciated by my kitty and she quickly let me know.

Setup was simple and easy to follow. Connected quickly to the wifi and app without any issues at all. Cats immediately used the box. Very quiet when emptying and bonus feature is the air freshener, which is included. Great product and would definitely recommend!
Absolutely LOVE it!!! Cats loved it right away! Quiet and efficient. Had the Petsafe scoop free box with the metal rake and it was CONSTANTLY CLUMPED WITH POOP ON THE RAKE and getting stuck with tons of poop BEHIND the rake…meaning I had to manually clean 2-3 times per day! This is TOTALLY self cleaning!!
For the size of the tray, it can handle 4 to 5 cats without having to empty out tray for at least a few days with the odor lock and scent control it has built in to its design but the tray is difficult to put in even when careful and taking ones time, and then it can be difficult to get it in there right with the bag so the "good to go 🚨 light sensor 🕯️"says it's good to go. Regardless, this thing is awesome, and would be a easy 5-star had the tray been easier to load and had a little more capacity in my opinion.

This product is absolutely amazing. It’s super quiet and it absolutely eliminates one of the more unpleasant aspects of owning cats. I have two cats sharing the one box, and I only have to empty it about once every three or four days it definitely is fresher than a regular cat box And much cleaner
This is a fantastic automatic box. I was really struggling with spending the money, but it’s so worth it.
I bought this in hopes my 2 cats would use this especially for when I spend a few days away. It took time but my 10 yr old cat slowly accepted it and uses it most of the time. She seems to enjoy watching it in cleaning mode. It’s nice that cats cannot ever get stuck in it because there’s a safeguard to prevent that. My 12 yr old girl absolutely refuses. She does have some arthritis and it is high for her to get into so that is definitely a negative. So I still have a second litter box upstairs and another downstairs in laundry room. I was hoping to have less than 3 but even the 10 yr old will still also go in the regular litter boxes. I was able to buy this on sale but the price is prohibitive so I probably would not have spent the money if I had to do it again. I hope it holds up for along time for what I spent on it.
